Excellent flowers and on-time delivery. Only suggestion for improvement: despite the instructions, the driver did not call or text the recipient. This was asked because the gift was for someone with two large dogs that would bark and the family has 2 small children, who could be napping. Why ask for delivery instructions if you don’t follow them? Maybe next time.
